If you fancy or want to try the tastes of east Africa, then Zeret Kitchen is the spot for you. Offering traditional Ethiopian food, this restaurant serves a range of meat dishes as well as several plant based options.

Not only is the food good, but the restaurant’s atmosphere is as well. Decorated with modern African art all round, Zeret Kitchen definitely offers a unique dining experience.

Padella

Located just 1.5 miles from our Marsons Place development is Padella. This modern bistro is well known for serving its range of pasta dishes, as well as a variety of wine and drinks.

All the pasta here is freshly made by hand, giving you a true taste of Italy. Padella has 9 different pasta dishes accompanied by an extensive drinks menu. To top this all off, they even have a wide range of starters to choose from as well.

And don’t worry if you can’t get to the Borough Market store, they also have a location in Shoreditch for those located further east.

Seabird Rooftop Restaurant at The Hoxton

14th Floor, South Bank, 40 Blackfriars Rd, London SE1 8NY

Sit back and relax whilst you enjoy panoramic views of the city 14 stories up, whilst tucking into some seafood. Seabird at The Hoxton, is a rooftop restaurant that aims to take its diners on a coastal escape. 

They use a range of fresh flavours from all across southern Europe, serving things like lobster paella and fresh oysters. Open from midday everyday, their extensive menu will be sure to please you.

Paladar

Paladar is a “vibrant Latin American restaurant”, located just south of the river. With a 100% gluten-free menu, a cocktail bar, and outdoor seating area, it really is the perfect location for summer.

It’s now time to take a trip over to Asia! Pho, located in Battersea, is known for selling some of the best noodles in south London. Their well priced but tasty Vietnamese food is a great choice for all, they even have a kids menu.

If you have any dietary requirements don’t worry, Pho has gluten free, allergen, and vegan menus. And if you don’t fancy Noodles, they also sell a selection of rice and salad dishes as well. This makes it a suitable choice for pretty much anyone!

The Castle Tooting

Our next stop brings us back to traditional British food. The Castle in Tooting serves traditional pub grub. From fish & chips, to sausage rolls and roast dinners their menu is endless… They even have their own burger shack, serving burgers made from British beef with a selection of toppings and sides.

Mezza Me

Last, but definitely not least is Mezza Me. This unique restaurant offers a taste of the middle-east, serving traditional Lebanese food. They have vegan options like hummus, lentil soup, and fattoush salads on top of meat dishes, like shawarma wraps and a mixed grill plate.
